Privacy statement Studio Zakai B.V.
Last updated: 21 October 2026.
Studio Zakai B.V. (Chamber of Commerce 97730750, Amsterdam) is responsible for the data that comes in through studiozakai.com. Send questions or requests to justus@zakai.nl.
Which data and why
Website check. When you enter a website address, I fetch the public homepage, headers, sitemap and login page of that site, and ask Google PageSpeed Insights to measure its speed. I process the address you enter and your IP address. I only use the IP address to limit abuse (at most five checks per ten minutes). The address and result stay in the server's working memory for at most ten minutes. Which site was checked and with what result, I count in my visitor statistics (Pirsch), without seeing who ran the check. If you request the report by email, I send it to the address you give and receive a copy with your name and address. Legal basis: legitimate interest, namely carrying out your request and protecting the service against abuse.
Email and WhatsApp. When you send me a message or the check report, I process your name, contact details and what you write. I use this to reply and to prepare a quote. Legal basis: preparing an agreement. I keep this for up to two years after the last contact, or longer where the law requires it (invoices seven years).
Booking a call. Booking a call runs through Google Calendar. Google then processes your name, email address and the chosen time.
Visitor statistics. I measure visits with Pirsch, without cookies and without visitors becoming identifiable. Pirsch runs in Germany.

- Google LLC for PageSpeed Insights and Google Calendar (United States, under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework).
- Pirsch (Emvi Software GmbH) for visitor statistics (Germany).
- Resend Inc. sends the email with the report (United States).
